back in gainful employment

So much for my promise to blog more. Still, not having a job or going out much doesn't leave much excitement.

Anyway, it took almost exactly a year, but I've finally got myself a job. With one of my previous employers' rivals, no less.

I started on the 1st and it's going well so far. Lots to learn, but working in the industry previously will help. Two out of my four bosses are in NYC this week. So jealous. Money will still be a bit tight, but it's better than not getting enough to cover bills, isn't it?

And just because it's pretty and girlie. Afternoon tea at the amazing bake-a-boo on Mill Lane in North London
